Being creative has always been a part of my life. Staring with my grandmother and mother, I was always exposed to makers. They sewed their own clothes, painted, made dolls, and home goods.

Growing up I loved trying my hand at everything. Friendship bracelets, perler beads, seed beads, crochet, macrame and jewelry making. My college roommate would tell you I made this multi stranded necklace while I should have been studying for my midterms.

I fell in love with knitting in my early 20s and began to sample knit and create my own designs for various knitwear magazines. It wasn't until I became a mother that I decided to delve deeper into my creative juices. I began to practice calligraphy and watercolor, often combining the two. Now you can find me doing a little bit of everything.

My son, James, was born with a rare disease called Alternating Hemiplegia of Childhood in 2013. Ever since I've been trying to think of ways to both use my talents and creative passion to help spread awareness and also raise money for his needs. 10 10 studio was born!

Thank you for coming by, I hope you will always be inspired by my work.
